Shipping & returns
Nexico processes orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on customer location and courier service. Tracking details are shared once the order has been shipped. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. We currently deliver across India. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. Any damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
